We are looking for a Call Centre Agent who meets the following criteria

Criteria

- Fully bilingual (fluent in both [English & Afrikaans)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
- Professional writing skills and attention to detail in written communication

Responsibilities and duties
- To communicate with new and existing clients
- Handle follow up and new leads and calls
- Taking Photo’s of vehicles to be loaded onto website
- Loading of vehicles onto company website
