We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Call Center BPO Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients. Explain products, services, offers, and company information. Generate leads and identify potential customers. Follow up with customers and interested leads. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM system.

Basic

English and Hindi communication. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Basic computer knowledge.

Education: 12th / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
