We are expanding our high-growth admissions team at Harjas Study Abroad for top accredited Caribbean Medical Universities (USA / UK Pathway) and hiring motivated telecallers

!Position: Senior Admissions Telecaller / SDR

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Openings: 10 Positions

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Fixed) + Uncapped High Performance Incentives

Target Audience: *10+2 (PCB) & NEET Students / Parents

*Key Responsibilitie s ?? Connect with pre-qualified leads inquiring about global medical education. ??? Qualify potential candidates for 5-Year MD programs with US/UK clinical rotation pathways. ?? Book 1-on-1 counseling sessions and webinar seats for Senior Medical Counselors. ??? Deliver target enrolments and maintain regular follow-ups via phone calls & WhatsApp.





Incentive Structure (Over & Above Sal ary) ? Milestone 1: ₹100 per completed 1:1 counseling session ? Milestone 2: ₹500 on student university registration ? Milestone 3: ₹5,000 on student full tuition fee payment

Requirem ents Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Overseas Education / EdTech s ales. Target Driven: Minimum 5 enrolments/month performance stan dard.
