Role Description The Cafeteria Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting daily cafeteria operations and ensuring a positive experience for all users. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with food preparation, coordinating meal setup, organizing serving areas, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company procedures.

The role involves managing basic inventory records, supporting food service schedules,



and handling simple documentation or communication with onsite teams.

The Cafeteria

Assistant will collaborate with supervisors and other staff to ensure timely, safe, and organized food service delivery, while following all health, safety, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Cooking to support safe, hygienic, and efficient meal production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service to assist with portioning, serving, and organizing meal distribution.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with employees and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food handling and cafeteria operations.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak service hours.
- Comfort using simple digital tools or communication platforms to coordinate remotely with onsite teams.
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or cafeteria operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; formal training in food handling or hospitality is an advantage.
