Position: Cafe Operations Manager

Role Summary

We are hiring a Café Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a café outlet, ensuring smooth service, quality standards, staff efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing café/F&B; operations, preferably with a reputed brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end café/restaurant day-to-day operations

Handle team scheduling, staff supervision, and performance management

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly

Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and operational costs

Oversee POS operations, billing accuracy, and cash reconciliation





Drive sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment

Maintain outlet cleanliness, ambience, and service quality standards

Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations

Team handling and leadership skills

Customer service orientation

Inventory and cost control expertise

POS billing and cash management experience

Sales-driven mindset with upselling ability

Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI compliance a plus)

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Eligibility

2–5 years of relevant experience in Café, Restaurant, Hospitality, or F&B; Operations

Prior experience with a known café/F&B; brand preferred

Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
