Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAE Engineer position based in Bengaluru. The CAE Engineer will perform structural and mechanical analyses for automotive components and systems, using finite element analysis (FEA) tools to support design validation and optimization. Daily responsibilities include setting up and running simulations, interpreting and documenting results,



and providing explicit recommendations to design and product development teams.

The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering groups, ensuring models, loads, and boundary conditions are accurate and aligned with project requirements. The CAE Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of methods, processes, and tools to enhance analysis efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with practical experience in Structural Analysis.
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and related simulation tools for automotive applications.
- Experience in model setup, validation, and result interpretation for Simulations and Optimization tasks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with automotive product development processes and standards is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
