We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join a growing technical drafting team within the construction, utilities, and infrastructure industry.

Role Overview

This is a drafting-focused role for someone looking to build a long-term career in CAD and technical design. You will work closely with project managers and internal teams to prepare accurate, high-quality drawings and plan sets for construction, utility, roadway, and related infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide CAD drafting support to the technical team under general supervision.
- Prepare preliminary and final drawings using sketches, aerial imagery, field information, client plans, and project manager instructions.
- Review construction, utility, roadway, and site plans to understand project scope and drawing requirements.
- Develop clear and accurate layouts, plans, details, and supporting drawing documentation.
- Ensure drawings follow project specifications, applicable standards, client requirements, and company drafting procedures.
- Review completed drawings for accuracy, consistency, quality, and constructability before submission.
- Process redlines and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.




- Follow established CAD standards, templates, layer conventions, and drafting procedures.
- Maintain accurate project files, drawing revisions, and supporting documentation.
- Update internal systems with the status of assigned projects.
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional CAD drafting experience.
- Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Drafting, CAD, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Autodesk Certified Professional certification.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Experience processing redlines and revising technical drawings.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Comfortable working approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
- A genuine long-term interest in CAD and drafting work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction, utility, roadway, civil, or site-development drawings.
- Familiarity with working from field information, aerial imagery, and client plan sets.
- Experience working within defined CAD standards and quality-review processes.
