ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must have prior professional experience as Cabin Crew with a commercial airline.
Applications from candidates without Cabin Crew experience will not be considered for this position .

- Cabin Familiarisation and Pre-Flight / Post-Flight Responsibilities

- Handling Difficult Passengers & Service Recovery
- Safety & Emergency Procedure Awareness
- Aviation Terminology & Airline Industry Orientation
- Cross-Cultural Awareness & Professional Conduct
- Cabin Crew Recruitment Process & Interview Preparation
- Group Discussions, Mock Interviews & Assessment Practice
- Career Readiness & Professional Development
Preferred Profile: We are looking for a professionally presented individual with hands-on Cabin Crew experience and a strong understanding of cabin operations, passenger service, grooming standards and professional airline service expectations.
The candidate should possess excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills , with the ability to engage, mentor and prepare aspiring Cabin Crew professionals for industry expectations.
