A handful of invoices. A few customers. A bank account that waseasy to track.

Today, we're buying, refurbishing, and selling thousands of devices, working with large enterprises, managing inventory across multiple locations, raising capital, and building a company that we hope will define this category in India. The complexity has changed.

And that's why we're looking for a CA to join us as Manager - Finance.

Not because we need someone to "manage accounts." But because we need someone who wants to be in the room where important decisions are made.

Someone who gets excited about understanding the business behind the numbers.

Someone who can look at a spreadsheet and see opportunities, risks, and unanswered questions.

You'll work directly with the founders and have a front-row seat to building Edify.Club.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

Manage complete accounting operations and financial reporting Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements

MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Monthly,



quarterly, and annual financial closing

Ensure proper accounting controls and process improvements

Taxation & Compliance

Handle end-to-end GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and notices Manage TDS calculations, return filings, and compliance

Handle PT, PF, ESIC, LWF, and payroll-related compliances

Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

Ensure timely and accurate regulatory compliances

Investor & Founder Management

Work closely with founders on financial planning and business decisions Prepare investor MIS, financial reports, and business performance analysis

Participate in investor discussions and financial review meetings Support fundraising, due diligence, and financial data preparation

Drive strategic finance initiatives and profitability analysis

Business Finance

Analyze business performance, margins, and operational costs

Build financial models and dashboards for decision-making

Monitor revenue, burn rate, and financial health of the company

Suggest financial improvements and cost optimization strategies
