CA Business Finance Manager - 3+ Years Bangalore

Are you a finance qualified with strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, financial planning, revenue governance, margin management, and working capital? We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional and global teams to develop finance strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Partner with business leaders on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
3. Drive revenue, margin and working capital governance, including cost optimization and collections.
4. Prepare MIS, financial analytics and portfolio performance insights to identify revenue leakage and business opportunities.
5. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end financial closure.
6. Analyze financial risks and opportunities and provide insights to senior leadership for better decision-making.

Requirements:

1. 37 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or related finance roles.
2. CA preferred.
3. Robust understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.
4. Experience in revenue, margin, and working capital governance.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
8. Proactive “can-do” attitude with a strong learning mindset.
