Skills

10+ yrs of exp in Design and architecture of Contact center on Genesys Cloud

Proficient in design, implementation, and maintenance of the technology infrastructure for contact centers.

Create systems with optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Ability to work with various technologies, including telephony, CRM systems, cloud platforms, integrations, IVR Development for Genesys Clouds and security protocols to create productive and customer-centric contact center solutions.

Knowledge of functionalities of Agent softphone, voice Recorder, Reporting Architecture would be added advantage.
