Role Description The Cad Pattern Making role at CREATIVE PELT PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bantala. The role involves creating, modifying, and managing digital patterns using Computer-Aided Design tools, ensuring they meet required technical specifications and manufacturing standards. Daily tasks include preparing detailed technical drawings, updating design files, maintaining CAD standards, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure patterns are workable for manufacturing.

Maker will also review design inputs, perform dimensional checks,



and resolve pattern-related issues that arise during production. Collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders is essential to optimize designs for accuracy, material usage, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and strong understanding of CAD Standards.
- Ability to create and interpret Technical Drawing and Drawing documentation for manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or similar digital modeling tools, where applicable to patterns and layouts.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience in pattern making, product design, or engineering within manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to follow specifications and safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in office.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving production requirements.
