About the Role

We are looking for C++ Engineers with hands-on experience in IBM Rhapsody / SysML modelling to join our engineering team in Ujjain.

The role is suitable for professionals across different experience levels, from Junior/Associate Engineers to Senior Engineers and Technical Leads, depending on their technical expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience level, your responsibilities may include:

- Develop, maintain and debug applications using C++.
- Perform unit testing and bug fixing.
- Work with UML/SysML modelling using IBM Rhapsody.
- Develop and maintain model-based software solutions.
- Work on dynamic memory management and multithreading in C++.
- Perform hands-on auto-code generation using IBM Rhapsody.
- Contribute to software architecture and component design.
- Work on domain/systems modelling and architecture design.
- Develop custom IBM Rhapsody API scripts/OXF framework customisations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders when required.

Experience LevelsJunior / Associate Engineer – 2 to 3 Years
- Strong foundation in Core C++.
- Basic understanding of UML/SysML modelling.
- Experience with IBM Rhapsody is preferred.
- Good understanding of bug fixing and unit testing.

Mid / Senior Engineer – 4 to 7 Years
- Strong hands-on C++ development experience.




- Good understanding of dynamic memory management and multithreading.
- Experience with IBM Rhapsody and auto-code generation.
- Understanding of software architecture and component design.

Tech Lead / Specialist – 8 to 12+ Years
- Solid experience in domain/systems modelling.
- Expertise in IBM Rhapsody API scripting and OXF framework customisation.
- Strong software architecture and component design experience.
- Ability to provide technical guidance.
- Client-facing and technical communication experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong programming fundamentals in C++.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Rhapsody is highly preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
