JD – C# Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled C# Developer to support and enhance trading, risk, and operations processes. The role will involve development, configuration, integration, L3 and BAU support across front, middle, and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Develop automation tools, data-processing scripts, and integration solutions using Python.
- Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL objects, including stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
- Automate operational and support processes using Python scripting.
- Integrate E/CTRM platforms with ERP systems, market data providers, reporting tools, and third-party applications.
- Configure trading, scheduling, risk, settlement, and invoicing modules.
- Support physical and financial commodity workflows (trades, nominations, scheduling, settlements, P&L;, risk)
- Develop APIs and integration services for enterprise applications.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Work closely with traders, risk, operations, and finance users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations.

Skills Required:

- Robust development experience in C#, .NET and Python
- Experience with APIs, data models, and configuration tools
- Strong SQL / database skills (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Experience with interfaces, batch jobs, and real-time integrations
- Exposure to market data feeds, pricing curves, and valuation model




- Data platform skills such as data lakes and Databricks as modernization progresses (preferred)
