About the Role

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join our engineering team and work on high-performance software solutions involving system-level programming, embedded technologies, and performance-sensitive applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong C++ fundamentals, excellent debugging skills, and practical experience with multithreading, data structures, operating systems, and memory management. You will work closely with software, hardware, and QA teams to develop robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software components using modern C++.
- Work on applications where performance, reliability, and efficient resource utilization are critical.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and appropriate software architecture patterns.
- Develop efficient algorithms and data structures for complex engineering problems.
- Implement concurrent and multithreaded solutions where required.
- Analyze CPU, memory, and application performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Diagnose complex software defects using debugging and profiling techniques.
- Investigate memory leaks, race conditions, deadlocks, crashes, and other runtime issues.
- Develop software for Linux/Unix-based environments.
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams when software interacts with system components.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural evaluations.
- Create and maintain unit and integration tests for software components.
- Use Git and established development workflows for source-code management.




- Contribute to continuous improvements in development standards, coding practices, and engineering processes.
- Work closely with QA engineers to investigate defects and ensure release readiness.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed components and system behavior.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of skilled experience in C++ software development.
- Strong knowledge of modern C++, including C++11, C++14, and C++17.
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Practical experience with multithreaded or concurrent programming.
- Solid understanding of memory management and resource handling.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with Linux or Unix-based operating systems.
- Good understanding of operating-system fundamentals.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and system-level communication.
- Experience with Git or another distributed version-control system.
- Understanding of unit testing and software quality practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Qt or comparable C++ UI/application frameworks.
- Exposure to parallel programming and performance optimization.
- Experience with profiling tools for identifying CPU and memory bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with embedded software development.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting or automation.
- Exposure to cloud-based software environments.
- Understanding of inter-process communication and distributed systems.
- Experience working with hardware-software interfaces.

Pay: ₹999,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
