Responsibilities? Vendor Sou r cing & Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard apparel manufacturers, fabric supplier s, and trim vendors.

- Build and maintain strong v endor relationships.
- Conduct factory visits, supplier evaluations, and cap ability assessments.

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, an d commercial terms.? P r oduct Development** Coordinate product development from co ncept to production.

- Collaborate with design and product teams on fabrics, trims, colors, sizin g, and construction.




- Manage sample development, fit approvals, an d product revisions.

Ensure products meet the brand’s quality an d design standards.? Costing & Com m ercial Management** Prepare detailed product costing (fabric, trims, manufacturing, packagin g, logistics, etc.).

- Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-s aving opportunities.

Support pricing strategies to achieve tar g et profit margins.? Production Pl a nning & Execution** Issue and manage Pu rchase Orders (POs).

- Track production timelines from raw material proc urement to shipment.
- Coordinate with factories for on-time deliveries.

Resolve production bottl e necks proactively.✅

Quality Assurance** Monitor product quality th roughout production.

- Ensure compliance with approved specifications an d quality standards.

Coordinate inspections and c orrective actions.? Cross-Functi o nal Collaboration** Work closely with Design, Product Development, Inventory, Logistics, QA, a nd E-commerce teams.

- Ensure timely product availability ac ross sales channels.

Provide regular production status update s and action plans.? Reporti n g & Documentation** Maintain purchase orders, costing sheets, production trackers, vendor databases, and delivery schedules.





- Prepare merchandising reports and vendor pe r formance analyses

*? Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration,

or a related field.

- *1–5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, apparel sourcing, or garment production.** Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, quality standards, and p roduction workflows.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplie r management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exce l and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and proble m-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel for vendor meetings a nd factory visits.⭐ Prefer r ed Qualifications** Experience with private-l abel apparel brands.

- Knowledge of woven and knit garment production.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and product li f ecycle managemen t
