About Position:

Looking for C++ Application Developer

- Role: C++ Application Developer
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 7 to 14 Years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows-based applications using C++ and C/C++.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient software solutions.
- Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis for application and production issues.
- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.




- Develop and maintain multi-threaded and event-driven applications.
- Work with Windows APIs, DLLs, and system-level programming components.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, development artifacts, and project documentation.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to technical discussions and mentor junior team members where required.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7 to 14 years of hands-on experience in C++ and C/C++ Windows Application Development.
- Robust proficiency in C++ programming and software development principles.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Windows APIs, DLL development, and system-level programming.
- Strong knowledge of multi-threading, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrency concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Windows applications.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE and Windows development tools.
- Strong understanding of memory management, resource optimization, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with MFC, Win32, or ATL frameworks.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and software security principles.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.




- Experience working in product development or enterprise application environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build processes.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and communication protocols is desirable.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
