Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Travel Sales Manager, based in Jaipur. The intern will support the development and promotion of educational and cultural travel packages for student groups, including schools, colleges, and international institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, assisting with sales presentations, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and bookings.





The role involves coordinating with operations and budgeting teams to ensure travel proposals are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements. The intern will also help prepare reports, track sales performance, and contribute ideas to improve business travel offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Sales and Business Travel skills, with an interest in educational and cultural tourism.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, client follow-up, and relationship building.
- Basic Budgeting and cost estimation skills to support the preparation of student travel proposals.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time in a fast-paced workplace.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with MS Office and basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and client communication.
- Demonstrated interest in student travel, cultural exchange, and experiential learning programs.
