Role & responsibilities

1. JOB PURPOSE The incumbent is responsible for Lead and execute AI, Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives across plant and corporate functions, from identification of use cases and development of PoCs through implementation, integration and measurement of business benefits.

Responsible to contribute to Specific Proof of Concepts / projects including Gen AI.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable perks, including bottom-line savings, top-line impact, project-sponsor value, compliance and regulatory adherence, and enhancement of employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead automation by identifying business and operational challenges, understanding key objectives, and developing technology-driven solutions to address them effectively.
- Initiate and lead AI/ML initiatives, including relevant Proofs of Concept (PoCs), while building organizational capabilities in emerging technologies.
- Undertake business and data analytics using Python and relevant data science tools, including Pandas, NumPy, DataFrames,



OCR and other advanced analytical libraries.
- Develop organizational capability in data visualization and dashboarding to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Build and enhance capabilities in Machine Learning and Generative AI (GenAI) through structured training, certifications, workshops and practical applications.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations to communicate project outcomes, insights, recommendations and business impact to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation and technology-enabled process improvement across plant and corporate functions.
- Undertake any other responsibilities and assignments as may be entrusted from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualifications & Certifications

- Engineering (CSE/IT) Graduate & MBA preferred.

Relevant Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant exp.
