- JQL, filters, dashboards, gadgets, burndown/velocity, control charts
- Test management via Zephyr/Xray (test cases, cycles, executions, traceability)

- QA/Testing fundamentals:

- STLC, test design techniques, UAT coordination, defect lifecycle, RCA
