BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT ctc - Till 5 lpa

Location: Kolkata(Behala), with regular on-site visits to client businesses across Kolkata and the surrounding region : We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit client businesses, understand how they actually operate, map those processes clearly, and support our implementation team in turning that understanding into working solutions.

Responsibilities

Visit businesses across Kolkata and the surrounding region, mostly manufacturing, trading and distribution companies Sit with owners and department heads to understand their processes, pain points and how work actually flows day to day Document those processes as transparent flowcharts and data schemas Get sign-off from the business owner on the mapped processes Work closely with our implementation team to make sure what gets built matches what the business needs Support the business through go-live and early use Conduct research and data analysis to understand business challenges Knowledge of Inventory Management and Production Planning Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance Provide expert advice and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices Facilitate workshops, meetings,



and training sessions Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain client satisfaction Experience in process mapping and process engineering

What We Are Looking For Strong business sense and the ability to understand how a company runs Excellent communication skills, comfortable sitting across from a business owner and asking the right questions Organised and structured thinking; you can take a messy real-world process and turn it into a clean map Willingness to travel locally and spend time on-site at client offices Interest in AI and how it is changing the way software gets built hashtag#ERPNext or accounting/operations knowledge is a plus. We will train you on the system. What we cannot train is curiosity and people skills. hashtag#BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or IT Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
