About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst. Often, our clients (or even our own leadership) will present a high-level requirement or a business pain point without knowing the exact step-by-step solution. Your primary job is to take that vague requirement, investigate the operational reality, and independently design the practical, step-by-step process to solve it.

This is a business-first role. You will not be writing code. You will act as the investigator, the workflow designer, and the critical bridge between the client’s operational reality and our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take high-level, sometimes vague business requirements and independently investigate, design, and document the practical, step-by-step processes needed to solve them.
- Lead virtual discovery sessions with clients, asking the right probing questions to uncover hidden bottlenecks and map the true "As-Is" workflow.
- Design logical, executable "To-Be" process diagrams and system blueprints using tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
- Evaluate the client's current software stack and recommend practical solutions, ranging from SOP improvements and no-code automation to custom software builds.
- Translate your designed processes into clear, developer-ready Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Present your designed processes to the Founder and Senior Tech Mentor for a feasibility and strategy sanity check before client presentation.




- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team during the build phase, clarifying business logic and answering functional questions.
- Perform internal quality assurance (QA) to ensure the final delivered system matches your approved process blueprint.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Junior IT Consultant, or Technical Product Manager in a software, automation, or consulting environment.
- Core Skill: Independent Process Design. You must have a proven ability to take a vague business problem and independently break it down into a logical, step-by-step workflow.
- Robust foundational business acumen with the ability to understand how different industries operate and generate profit.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to confidently guide clients through discovery questions.
- High technical literacy: You must understand what software capabilities, databases, and APIs do at a conceptual level, without needing to know how to code them.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Notion, or Confluence.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Linear.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, logical approach to business challenges.
- An ever-learning mindset with a genuine curiosity for diverse business models and operational case studies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic familiarity with business process automation concepts or no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable).
- Basic understanding of web technology
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) or managing client expectations.
