Role Description The Business Partner role at Vivaham 360 is a contract position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Business Partner develops and manages strategic relationships with vendors, venues, and other service providers to strengthen the company’s offerings.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating terms, coordinating joint marketing or promotional activities, and ensuring high service standards for clients.

Partner also analyzes performance data, gathers market insights,



and provides feedback to improve processes and customer experiences. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, sales, and marketing is essential to align partner activities with business goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Solid relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to establish and grow strategic partnerships.
- Business development, sales, and account management experience, ideally within events, hospitality, or related service industries.
- Organizational, planning, and coordination abilities to manage multiple partners, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partner performance, interpret market trends, and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person meetings in Chennai and remote collaboration using digital tools.
- Knowledge of Indian wedding traditions and event workflows is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
