Role Description The Business Operations Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This position oversees daily operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams. The role includes monitoring process performance, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.

The supervisor will manage team workloads, support project execution timelines, resolve operational issues,



and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports for management, enforcing compliance with company policies and industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across business operations.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational, financial, and performance data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and international clients.
- Foundational finance skills to understand budgets, cost control, and profitability impact of operational decisions.

- Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations supervision, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain accountability for results.
- Proficiency with MS Office and business productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
