We are looking for candidates with

:

- Lead a newly established global function to optimise endtoend commercial processesspanning leadtoorder, budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementusing LEAN and Six Sigma principles.
- Design and govern enterprisewide commercial process standards, facilitating workshops to define challenges, capture requirements, and map global “asis” and “tobe” processes.
- Act as the strategic link between business and IT, partnering across Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, and IT to shape solutions, support Salesforce CRM/CPQ initiatives, and manage UAT and deployment.




- Strengthen global commercial systems and data governance, overseeing Salesforce CRM, CPQ, master data, and champion networks across all business units.
- Drive change, adoption, and governance by delivering training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while promoting compliance, accountability, and ethical business practices.
