Join a team shaping the Future of Payments — delivering large-scale Payment Modernization programs supporting over $5 trillion in daily payment flows across a global footprint.

? Role: Business Capability Owner (Payments Product Family)

? Experience: 13+ years overall, 7+ years in Product Ownership / Agile Delivery

? Domain: International Banking, SWIFT, ISO 20022 — mandatory

What you'll own:

✅ Lead cross-functional Payments Product strategy — vision, capability maps, and business outcome roadmaps

✅ Monitor regulatory mandates and embed them into product strategy

✅ Design and document Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to end-to-end customer experience

✅ Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and full traceability from business goals to delivery

✅ Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint demos, and team performance reviews

✅ Manage and mentor team members while building strong stakeholder relationships





✅ Influence senior leadership and act as an ambassador for the business and the bank

What you bring:

? Deep knowledge of international payment systems — Canada Lynx, US CHIPS, FedWire, and correspondent banking (Nostro/Vostro)

? Strong command of SWIFT messages, ISO 20022, MT & MX formats

? Familiarity with regulatory reporting — SAR, AML, sanction screening, compliance

? Proven experience creating and documenting Target Operating Models

? Tier 1 bank / financial institution experience preferred

? PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or CSPO — an asset

? Solid analytical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
