We are looking for a motivated and responsible Business Operations Executive with at least 1 year of B2C experience. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating business activities, handling customers, supporting sales operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate B2C business operations and customer-related activities.

- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses and service.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Support business development and sales activities.

- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily business reports.

- Track leads, enquiries, conversions, and customer feedback.

- Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely issue resolution.

- Prepare regular reports related to business operations and customer activities.

- Support the management team in achieving business and operational targets.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C business operations / business development / customer handling.





- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Positive knowledge of English – written and spoken.

- Hindi – Fluent speaking is mandatory/preferred.

- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / business reporting.

- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in B2C sales, customer relationship management, business operations, or business development.

- Candidates who can communicate confidently in English, Hindi, and Tamil will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
