About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, organized and responsible Operations Associate to support our day-to-day business operations.

The role will involve working closely with the existing team and helping with quick commerce, e-commerce operations, data management, documentation, coordination and routine business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day business and e-commerce operations
- Manage Excel/Google Sheets, CSV files and basic data entry
- Assist with Amazon and other marketplace-related tasks
- Prepare, organize and maintain business documents
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams
- Follow up on pending tasks, orders, shipments and operational issues
- Assist with inventory and product-related updates
- Help with KYC, invoices, reports and other documentation
- Perform research and collect information as required
- Handle routine operational tasks and ensure they are completed on time
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks whenever required

What We’re Looking For




- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and documents
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
- Basic understanding of e-commerce is a plus
- Freshers with the right attitude and strong computer skills can also apply
