Role Brief

As a Business Head Retail is expected to lead the overall retail business across multiple cities , covering multiple stores across 3 business units.

Responsibilities The Business Head will have end-to-end responsibility for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and people performance across the retail network.

Drive business through

Identify opportunities to increase the store sales, store productivity, customer conversion, average transaction value, and overall revenue

Establish transparent accountability for Cluster Managers for sales, profitability, manpower, customer experience, and operational performance.

Ensure Cluster Managers effectively manage and coach their respective Store Managers.





Work closely with respective business-unit/category/product leaders to ensure alignment between product strategy and retail execution.

Drive initiatives to improve store economics and ROI.

Build and develop a high-performing retail leadership team comprising Cluster Managers and Store Managers.

Track and review key metrics at business-unit, city, cluster, and store levels and Develop dashboards and MIS covering sales, growth, margins, conversion, productivity, inventory, manpower, and customer metrics.
