Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and grow our Data Center, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and Server solutions business. The role will be responsible for developing business strategy, driving revenue growth, building strategic customer and technology-partner relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for Data Center, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Servers, Storage, Networking, and related IT infrastructure solutions.
- Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition across enterprise and commercial segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, System Integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading OEMs, technology providers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity vendors.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, proposals, and deal closure.
- Understand customer requirements and work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design appropriate solutions.

- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and key performance indicators.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends and convert them into new business opportunities.




- Prepare annual and quarterly business plans and ensure achievement of assigned revenue and margin targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and business development team.
- Work closely with finance, procurement, operations, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Ensure strong customer retention, account growth, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, technology forums, and partner engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. MBA will be an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud, Cyber Security, Servers, Storage, or related technology solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales/business leadership role.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue and business growth.
- Strong enterprise sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and strategic technology partnerships.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, data center technologies, servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of margins, pricing, forecasting, and P&L.;
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in IT Distribution, System Integration, Data Center Solutions, Cloud Services, Cyber Security, OEM/Technology Partner Ecosystems, or Enterprise IT Solutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹103,269.37 per month
