Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible get sustainable business in Companys focus areas with positive profit margins as per Companys Annual Business Plan.

Securing Orders in Target market segments ATF Spotting Opportunities; Tie ups leading to MOU/agreement with GIS manufacturers/main vendors/sub-contractors; Tie ups leading to MOU/agreement with overseas agents; Review and Optimization of Engineering Proposal; Review and Optimization of Cost Portion; Post Bid follow ups; Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- Engineer having at least 20-25 years experience in the field of Business Development in EPC sector securing orders in the range of INR 3000 Cr. Should have worked in BD area for ATF facilities like semiconductor, pharma, solar,battery FMCG etc.
- Additional qualification in Management area is desirable.
- Domain Knowledge of transmission line BD,



tendering including risk identification, evaluation & assessment and control; Knowledge of market in respect of costs of various items, suppliers, contractors, potential customers; Knowledge of competitors; Commercial information like foreign currency variations, Forward coverage, taxation, insurance.
- Cross-functional: Knowledge of Quality, Engineering, Finance, SCM, HR; Liasioning with Agents /Consultants /Vendors /Contractors /Clients.
- Skills: Customer relationship management skills, Communication skills, negotiation skills.
- Behavioural: Inter-personal skills; networking skills; People-development skills; PR
