PoojaKaro is building a digital platform that makes authentic temple pujas, chadhavas, and devotional experiences accessible to devotees across India and around the world.

We are looking for a Business & Growth Strategist who can work closely with the founders to identify growth opportunities, launch new offerings, improve conversion, and build scalable growth systems

What You'll Do

- Identify and evaluate current business and revenue opportunities across pujas, chadhavas, prasad, subscriptions, and devotional products.
- Research temples, festivals, religious occasions, and devotee needs to identify high-potential puja opportunities.
- Own the launch and growth strategy for new pujas—from concept and pricing to positioning and marketing.
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, conversion rates, CAC, retention, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and test growth experiments across Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, push notifications, CRM, and other channels.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting messaging,



offers, landing pages, and campaigns .
- Identify opportunities to improve customer conversion, repeat bookings, cross-sell and average order value .

- Ability to work independently and figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in growth, strategy, consulting, product, marketing, e-commerce, or a startup is preferred.
