About the Role

FlobiTech Labs is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Growth Associate Intern to join our growing team in Pune.

This is an opportunity for students and freshers to gain real-world experience in business development, sales, client communication, and customer acquisition while working in a fast-growing technology startup.

You will work closely with the team to discover new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and introduce them to FlobiTech’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and other channels.

Introduce FlobiTech’s products and solutions to prospective customers.

Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.

Assist with lead generation and regular follow-ups.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.

Support the team in achieving business growth and sales goals.

Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Research market trends and identify potential opportunities.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Operations teams.

- Students currently pursuing a degree/diploma are welcome.

Fresh graduates and freshers can apply.

No prior work experience is required.

- Candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Business Growth.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with people.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and eager to take initiative.

Interest in technology, SaaS, or hospitality is a plus.
