Job Title: BDE / BDM – Solar EPC

Location: Ahmedabad & Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented BDE/BDM to generate and close solar EPC business across Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and channel partners.

Meet customers and understand their solar requirements.

Develop business for Residential, C&I; & Ground-Mounted Solar Projects.

Coordinate with the technical team for site survey, feasibility, and proposals.

Prepare and share quotations and follow up with prospects.

Negotiate and close sales deals.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Keep updated with solar industry trends and government policies.

Education

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BBA, B.Com or Any Graduate with relevant sales experience.

Experience

1–4 years in Field Sales / Business Development.

Solar / Electrical / EPC industry experience preferred.

Skills Required

Positive communication, negotiation & convincing skills.

Strong sales and customer-handling ability.

Basic knowledge of solar systems is an advantage.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel for field sales.
