- Connect with students via calls, WhatsApp, and video sessions
- Understand student needs, career goals, and challenges
- Counsel and guide them on suitable courses/programs
- Convert leads into enrollments (this is a sales-driven role)
- Follow up with interested students and maintain relationships
- Maintain daily activity and pipeline tracking
- Work closely with the sales & marketing team
