- 10 years of experience in preclinical CRO business development, of which front-end sales experience for at least 5 years
- Business, Sales, Operational experience
- Immediate starter in Sales to bring in results in 2026
- Should have worked for USA territory and have strong relations with US clients and influence clients to make the decision to move to the organization
- Self-driven and proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strongly believe in teamwork and result-oriented
- Understanding of funding environment, new biotechs and mid-size pharma space, bioclusters, incubators and venture capitalists
- Understanding of price variants, customisation, and preparation of quotations and timely submission as per client requirements
- Positive presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
