About the Role

We’re looking for someone who can talk, sell, follow up, and close.

As a Business Development – Sales Intern at NexGen Media, you’ll work closely with our team to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, pitch our services, and convert opportunities into business.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and virtual meetings
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in our CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Help build and improve our sales process

Who Can Apply?
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (English Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Gender: Open to all
- No specific degree or previous sales experience required

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on your communication skills, capabilities, experience (if any), and interview performance.
