About Sourcebae: Sourcebae is an AI workforce infrastructure company that works with organizations and domain experts to support AI training, evaluation, and other AI-related projects. We’re looking for a Business Operations Intern who is energetic, organized, comfortable communicating with people, and enjoys getting things done.

About the Role As a Business Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Business and Operations teams and get hands-on exposure to how day-to-day operations work in a growing startup. This is not a routine desk-based internship. You will be involved in coordination, follow-ups, data management, process execution, and solving day-to-day operational challenges.

What You’ll Work On

● Support daily business and operational activities.

● Coordinate with internal teams, contributors, partners, and other stakeholders.

● Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.

● Maintain and update data using Excel/Google Sheets.

● Help track operational performance and prepare basic reports.

● Support onboarding and coordination of contributors/resources.

● Identify operational gaps and help improve processes.

● Assist with creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.

● Support new projects and initiatives taken up by the Business/Operations team.

● Handle day-to-day operational queries and help resolve issues.

● Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution.





What We’re Looking For

● Students or recent graduates from MBA (Marketing and Finance)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Comfortable speaking with people and doing regular follow-ups.

● Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Good attention to detail.

● Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.

● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

● Immediate joiners are preferred.
