Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Bandra.

The Business Development

Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the growth of Studio 11’s creative production services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, generating and qualifying leads, and engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with the production and creative teams to align client needs with services, and maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.



The specialist will also track performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to support strategic planning and revenue goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management within creative, media, or related industries.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in production, advertising, or branding.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Comfort with using CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation.
