We’re looking for a full time Business Development Specialist with proven experience generating and converting leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn for software development services.
This is strictly a work-from-office position. Remote and freelance applications will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer
- Write personalized, high-quality proposals
- Manage invitations, client responses, and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn
- Research companies and connect with relevant decision-makers
- Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular reports
- Improve bidding and outreach strategies based on results
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrated success in winning software development projects
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills
- Good understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI development services
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Strong research, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organized, accountable, and target-oriented attitude
