Business Development Executive (Sales) — Packarcs Packaging Co. Jhotwara, Jaipur | On-site | Reports to Founder
PackArcs makes premium paper-based packaging — rigid boxes, mono cartons, mailer boxes and paper bags for D2C, jewellery, FMCG and contract manufacturers.
Role
- 60–80 outbound B2B calls daily from assigned lead lists
- Qualify decision-maker, packaging need, volume and timeline
- Book meetings for the Founder and own all follow-ups
- Log every lead and call in CRM, same day
You Need
- Clear speaking voice in Hindi and English
- High rejection tolerance
- Discipline with data and follow-ups
- Any graduate or final-year student
We Offer Fixed stipend + incentive per closed order, direct training from the Founder, and a full time offer on performance. Subject: BD Sales — Jaipur
