About the Role

Homez & Own is looking for confident, enthusiastic and presentable individuals to join our Sales Team as Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Advisor.

This is a good opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in sales and develop their communication, client handling and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain suitable real estate projects and services to clients.
- Handle client queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to move leads forward.
- Work towards assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper records and update client information in the CRM.




- Participate in client meetings, site visits and other sales activities.

Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
