Cosma Fertility is looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to drive business growth, build healthcare partnerships, and manage day-to-day digital healthcare operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient acquisition, strategic partnerships, team coordination, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop B2B partnerships with diagnostic labs, pharmacies, hospitals, IVF/fertility clinics, and healthcare providers.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.

- Manage the end-to-end digital patient journey, including consultation bookings, follow-ups, and patient support.

- Manage patient-care/support teams and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Track leads, conversions, revenue, and key business KPIs.

- Work with marketing to improve lead conversion and patient acquisition.

- Manage and optimize CRM, sales pipeline, and operational workflows.

- Coordinate with product, tech, medical, and marketing teams to improve processes.

- Explore corporate wellness and healthcare partnership opportunities.

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Partnerships, or Growth.





- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Telehealth, Digital Health, Fertility, or Womens Health preferred.

- Strong B2B sales, partnership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Experience managing teams and operational processes.

- Good understanding of CRM, lead management, sales funnels, and business analytics.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
