Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and business partners.
- Manage client follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Real estate experience is not mandatory.
