Key Responsibility

- Learn end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Support lead generation and prospect identification.
- Assist with cold calling and client communication.
- Understand client requirements and support solution discussions.
- Assist in product presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Maintain and update prospect and sales records.
- Demonstrate learning, communication, and sales skills throughout the training.
- Meet assigned training goals and performance expectations.




- Based on performance during the training period, successful candidates will be confirmed as Full-time employees.

Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in Software / IT Sales
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of Sales & Business Development
- Willingness to learn B2B / SaaS Sales
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Lead generation & cold-calling aptitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage
- UG / PG or recent graduates from any relevant discipline can apply
