About the Role

GPSAI GLOBAL Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a Facility Management company and be capable of developing client relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, calls, and other marketing activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other marketing/sales documentation.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and business events.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Facility Management company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Languages: Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field marketing activities.
- Candidates who are comfortable with field-based marketing and client interaction are preferred.
