Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, supporting bookings, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with customers and potential business partners.

The role will involve both sales activities and business development across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages and online platforms
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings
- Manage enquiries received through other online travel platforms
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, local businesses and other potential partners
- Explore offline channels for generating bookings and enquiries
- Assist in maintaining property information and availability across online platforms
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings and guest requirements
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records




- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
- Work towards monthly sales and business development targets
- Share feedback and market information with the management team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Positive spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Comfortable communicating with customers and business partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work towards defined targets
- Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality, travel or OTA platforms will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
