About the RoleWe are building a new-generation content business at the intersection of Generative AI, branded entertainment, short-form video and digital storytelling.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can take these solutions to brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers.

This is not a telecalling or high-volume lead-generation role.

We are looking for someone who can identify the right prospects, open conversations with senior marketing professionals, understand client requirements and develop opportunities into commercial engagements.

What You Will SellOur growing AI-content portfolio includes:

- Branded Micro-Dramas — episodic stories that integrate brands naturally into entertainment.
- Brand-Owned Content IPs — recurring characters and story worlds developed specifically for brands.
- AI-Generated Branded Films & Videos — campaign films, social content and short-form video produced using Generative AI.
- Existing Entertainment IP Integrations — opportunities for brands to become part of established recurring story properties.

You will have access to existing work, case studies, showreels and production capabilities to support your conversations. What You Will Do
- Identify brands and agencies that could benefit from our AI-content solutions.
- Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Digital Heads and agency decision-makers.
- Generate qualified new-business meetings and opportunities.
- Present our content and branded-entertainment capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and work with our senior team to develop appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow through on proposals and commercial discussions.




- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and follow-up process.
- Take responsibility for converting opportunities into revenue.

Who We're Looking ForIdeally, you have 3–6 years of business-development or brand-solutions experience in one or more of:

Digital agencies • Content studios • Branded content • Influencer marketing • Video production • Media • Creative agencies • Social media

You should

- Be comfortable speaking with senior marketing professionals.
- Understand how brands buy creative and digital-content solutions.
- Be capable of consultative rather than purely transactional selling.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be proactive about opening new relationships.
- Be commercially driven and comfortable working against revenue targets.
- Be genuinely interested in how Generative AI is changing content and advertising.

Existing relationships with brands and agencies would be a significant advantage. Performance ExpectationsThis is a revenue-owning position.

After an initial ramp-up period, the role will carry clear monthly new-business targets, progressing toward approximately ₹3 lakh per month in new revenue by Month 3.

Robust performance will be rewarded through incentives in addition to fixed compensation.
