We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the U.S. market for our BIM drafting, architectural drafting, and interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate U.S. leads through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and outbound sales
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Handle client calls, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
- Develop long-term relationships with U.S. AEC and design companies
- Maintain CRM and track sales performance

Requirements✅ 2–5+ years of B2B Business Development/Sales experience

✅ Solid U.S. market outreach and lead-generation experience

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM, and email sequencing

✅ BIM, architecture, interior design, construction, or technical services experience preferred

✅ Comfortable working with U.S. time zones
