- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, fixed deposits, gold loans, insurance, mutual funds, and third-party products.
- Manage relationships with key clients to increase sales revenue and retain existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in asset management or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account), Fixed Deposits, Gold Loans, Insurance, IRDA (Insurance Regulatory Development Authority) regulations.
- Experience in managing liability products such as Mutual Funds is an added advantage.
